Rental Information
Consider the 1758 Moravian
Sun Inn of Bethlehem as the place for your family or business event. The Sun Inn with the charm and hospitality
it has offered since 1760 is the perfect setting for your next event. Groups must consider their impact on/and
the limitations of this historic structure. The Sun Inn is wheelchair accessible. Banquet rooms are on the
second floor of the Inn. First floor museum rooms will be closed unless prior arrangements are made with the
Innkeeper.
The second floor dining area is available for rental to encourage public use of the Inn.

Maximum Capacity:
- Great Room
– 50 people for a sit down event
- Front Suite – 32 people each for a sit down event
No kitchen facilities.
Some Alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought into the Inn. Restrictions apply. Ask for details.
Insurance Requirement
A Liability Policy (minimum of $1 million) naming the Moravian Sun Inn and the Sun Inn Preservation
Association is required prior to using the Sun Inn facilities. This can be obtained from your home insurance
company as a rider to your home policy for a nominal fee.
Rental Fees
Room rental:
- Great Room - $325 for 3 hours ($350 on a Saturday function)
- ($500 for over 3 hours to 6 hours)
- Suite A - $150 ( when rented in conjunction with the Great Room)
- Gustube’ - $100 (for reception prior to dinner with booking of the Great Room)
- Additional charges may apply based on the number of hours required
Docent: If you would like a costumed greeter for your group’s $45.
Members of the Sun Inn Preservation Association receive a 10% discount on rental fees.
